CONJURATION OF INFERNAL AND CELESTIAL HIERARCHY
*Adapted from two manuscripts dating between 1500-1680, MSS Sloane 3825 and Harley 6482, published in “The Keys to the Gateway of Magic: Summoning the Solomonic Archangels and Demon Princes”.
O ye glorious, great, conquering, rebellious and Celestial Fallen Angels, fiery Spirits illuminated in Black Flame, I conjure and greet thee in honor. Demon Princes who have mastered and brought knowledge and freedom to man I burn this pitch-black candle as remembrance of the Gift of Forbidden Knowledge so passed down long ago. Hail to Lucifer, Beelzebub and Sathan, Fallen Cherubim and Seraphs who are Gods of this World. I seek the mastery and power of the Aerial and Terrestrial powers, be it for good or evil, lust or destruction. Lucifer, I conjure under Tantavalerion your Orders of spirits, malign and cruel to my enemies. Beelzebub, Great Prince and with Lucifer, brightest among the Cherubium, I summon you from the East. I conjure you Sathan, great shining fiery Angel of the Cherubium who abides obscurely in the Air. Hail to you Sathan, Prince of the Air, send forth your Legions of Spirits to coruscate and disturb the Air, so this world be balanced between creation and destruction. I have wandered the wilderness and tempted by you, Sathan, granting me the Black Flame in strength. Hail Angels of Disobedience and Chaos come forth!
I summon the Four Kings of the Air ruling under Sathan:
I conjure Oriens, King of the East, appearing with 200 Legions, crowned in the Rays of the Blazing Sun, trumpets blaring before you.
I conjure Amaymon, King of the South, Mighty and Great who has many forms and is both terrible, horrifying and beautiful in a nimbus of Black Luminous Fire. Amaymon named Mahazael, devouring Witch-Father of the South, appearing as a black Raven or strong King, Hail! I conjure Amaymon, King of the South Angle of the Air with Great and Powerful Spirits named Aleche, Berith, Marage and Mala.
I conjure Paimon, King of the West, Terrible and Cacophonous in howling when you come forth. Paimon, Great King who is crowned in a bright crown, musical instruments announcing your approach. Come forth with Balserth, Belial, Baroson, Rombulence, Ramblane and Alphasis.
I conjure Egyn, King of the North, Royal Spirit I call to you! Great Power Egin, King of the North and Mansion of the Air, send forth your Legions of Aerial Spirits subjected with you. By the Obedience and Command of that Great and Mighty Spirit named Sathan, Prince of the Powers of the Air, who governs the Four Angels, Regions, Divisions and Mansions of the East, West, North and South. Great King of the North Angle of the Air, Egin, who is named also Ariton, I conjure these Royal Great Spirits named Vassago, Othey, Um and Anaboth. Egin who is named Arhreton, keeper of secret and mysteries of knowledge and power.
I command the Infernal Powers of the Four Quarters and Towers of Celestial and Infernal power: Of the East Samael, West to Azazel, the North to Azael and the South to Maharuel so it shall be: Your Kingdom and Spirits rise in my Circle of Mind, Body and Soul. Let us do the Devil’s Work and Cast this world to darkness and flames!

The aural necromancy of Darkness Enshroud is that of ritualistic dark ambient, synthesizer and keyboard black atmospheres which present a ghostlike world of demonic apparitions and twisted shapes in the fog of graveyards and shadow-drenched woods....more

Driving home in heavy winter traffic, this replaces the drive-time news with thoughts of HEAVY-SEXY. I'm all fingers and thumbs as I picture the riot-girl balaclava, pale slavic nudes and red velvet drapes, flapping in a post-nuclear breeze of sheer and utter end times. Favourite track: all of them at once! But hard to drink coffee to. Must maintain eyes on the road. x Frauke Hunckle RDT
